Who is responsible for clearing snow off my sidewalk?

The Tenant or Property owner is responsible for clearing snow from their sidewalk. Often a lease will specify that it is the tenants responsibility, if not that responsibility falls to the property owner. Failure to clear snow in a timely manner can result in a fine.
