What should I do if I receive a ticket at a malfunctioning parking meter?

  • Report a broken meter by calling (412) 560-2534. A meter ticket will not be dismissed unless a broken meter is reported within 24 hours of the date and time the ticket was issued. You cannot currently report a broken meter by web.
  • A full report will be taken by a clerk. You will receive a letter after a meter technician has checked and reported the outcome
