The data requested in the Building Benchmark Ordinance is of a non-sensitive nature, and in keeping with commitment to the spirit of business transparency, energy conservation, and responsible water use. The building information is considered open by default and will be proactively published in a manner consistent with the Pennsylvania Right to Know and Open Meetings laws. Again, the City will not request any sensitive information, nor will any contact information be made available to the public.
