Anyone not serviced by the City of Pittsburgh Environmental Services is required to recycle materials through their private collector as stated in Chapter 619 of the municipal code @https://library.municode.com/pa/pittsburgh/codes/code_of_ordinances.  This includes commercial, institutional and multi-family dwellings with six or more units.
