To organize a volunteer litter cleanup in a City of Pittsburgh park, trail, or right-of-way, you will need to download or launch an application @ https://www.pittsburghpa.gov/Resident-Services/Trash-Recycling/Anti-Litter-and-Illegal-Dumping/Volunteer-Applications.  All volunteer efforts in the city require approval before proceeding.
