Environmental Services (ES) will return to collect any missed refuse or recyclables that were set out on time and following the proper procedures.  ES will not collect more than two accepted bulk items per week nor any refuse and recyclables in a can over 35 gallons.  Unaccepted items includes but is not limited to: air conditioners, automobile parts, computers, construction materials, refrigerators, televisions and tires.  ES will not return to collect refuse or recyclables that were set out late.  Reporting a late set out as a missed pickup is considered fraudulent and may be investigated.
