Please notify the 311 Response Center.  The city requires that all exterior property and premises shall be kept free of any accumulation of rubbish or garbage. Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers. In addition, the operator of every establishment in the City shall provide approved leakproof containers with close-fitting covers for the storage of such materials.  Inspectors will attempt to make contact with property owners to notify them of the violation.  If the violation is not resolved then the inspector will proceed to issue a citation.
