How can I replace a visitor’s parking pass?

If you lose your visitor’s pass, you must write a notarized letter stating that you lost your visitor’s pass and submit it to the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.

If it was a tenant’s visitor’s pass, you must write a notarized letter stating that the tenant did not leave the visitor’s pass in the apartment or house and submit it to the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.
In all instances, you must pay a $1.00 replacement fee.
