- If you lose your visitor’s pass, you must write a notarized letter stating that you lost your visitor’s pass and submit it to the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.

- If it was a tenant’s visitor’s pass, you must write a notarized letter stating that the tenant did not leave the visitor’s pass in the apartment or house and submit it to the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.
- In all instances, you must pay a $1.00 replacement fee.
