The Pittsburgh Fire Bureau will supply and install smoke detectors to any City homeowner that requests one. The request can be made by contacting the Fire Bureau at (412) 255-2863. Renters can contact for a letter to be sent reminding landlords they are responsible for installing smoke detectors in home.
We do not provide Carbon Monoxide detectors at this time.
