Please report violations to the 311 Response Center. Property owners are responsible for all litter and waste on their property even if it was dumped there illegally.
- Waste accumulation due to improper storage or set-out should be submitted under 'Refuse Violations'.
- Excessive litter and debris on private property should be submitted as 'Weeds/Debris'.
- Dumping on public and private property should be submitted as those specific request types.
